I am a 70 year old widow. I have 8 children. 7 girls and 1 boy. 3 of my children live out of state but the rest live here. I am disabled and it is hard for me to do everyday chores. My girls are very helpful as is my son. My husband passed away on Palm Sunday Apr. 9, 2006. I have lived alone most of the time. Occasionally one of my grandsons will stay with me until they get settled. My life has been very dull since my husbands passing. I have since joined support groups and they have been my salvation. I love rock and roll except 'hard rock,' I love symphonies but not operas. I love to listen to Classic Country on the 'Roadhouse' on Siris Satellite radio. I listen to ballads and folk music, basically I like just about all music. Not to keen on opera's though.

My favorite TV shows are on HGTV. I love House Hunters, Property Virgins, My First Place, etc.I also love to watch 'Flip this House'. I don't watch the premium channels very much. I think the only thing I do watch is 'Dancing With The Stars'the channels I watch are ' Discovery Channel' 'History' 'Health,'etc.
